So far so good. I've tried it on a short flight but I have a few long hauls coming up (Boston to Sydney) which I'm really eager to try it out. It is soft but still firm to hold you up. I really liked that the air stayed full and never deflated. It was only a few big breaths to fill it up and it has a plug where if you're not blowing into it, it shuts so the air doesn't come out. Very clever! Overall I'm pretty happy with it, but the true test will be those long flights. I'll be sure to update with the outcome.

I am impressed with this travel pillow. It is silky soft, inflates/deflates quickly, and was delivered promptly. Some reviewers have commented that the pillow is too ‘short’. I am 5*6, and initially it did feel short, but the more I repositioned it, the more comfortable it became. So,....play with it. I think also, that it will fit perfectly on the plane’s tray table, and up against the wall of the plane (or door). I was able to easily fold it back to its original size, and replace in the little travel bag. Travel is my passion, and I am looking forward to using my new pillow for a trip to Asia in two weeks. I believe it will do ‘just fine’. (Oh,...and the nice little eye cover was a much appreciated bonus!)

I used in on a 14 hour leg from Dubai to Washington, DC, a flight I was dreading because I can never sleep on planes. my back and neck get so stiff if I try to use a normal neck pillow or lean against a window. I was able to sleep almost 8 hours with this thing!

First off- let's establish that there is no product out there that is going to make an airplane seat feel like your bed at home. That said, I give this product a solid A for effort. The main trick is to put the flat bottom of the cushion on your tray table, put your hands and forearms into the side holes, and put your face into the hole provided. This pillow may not make you comfortable enough to sleep soundly (I didn't really "sleep" on my red-eye flight) but it at least lets you take the pressure off your back, neck, and shoulders for a few hours. A huge bonus is that if you're stuck next to someone who is plus-sized, you don't have to fight over the arm rest or have them spilling onto your arm all night- you just lean forward and away from them. This product, specifically, is pretty good quality for the price I paid. The product is easy to blow up and deflate quickly.

This is a great investment for people who fly long distance. I was on a 12 hour flight and the best sleep I've had on a plane (economy class) in a long long time. It takes 6 good breaths to fill up the pillow completely. The button-valve prevents back flow. When evacuating air, just press the button and the air comes out. Getting it completely evacuated for a nice tight fold when packing can be a challenge but not impossible. The cloth material is soft, not hot, and feels gentle on the skin. The pillow can be held is several different positions. Use ear plugs or noise-cancelling headphones for an even better experience. I bought two of these and will surely be packing one up every time a fly. Great product and very reasonably priced.
