I have bought a lot of these kind of wood projects, I have enjoyed assembling each and every one of them! The grandkids love to watch the mechanics of them work. They also serve as a great way to teach the kiddos the basics of how gears work and the importance of following directions for awesome results!

Finished the owl clock. It's interesting how it has a face on both the front and the back. It is battery operated and also spring operated for the timer and bell. I think I put in one of the pawls backwards, so I might have to take it partially apart, but I don't think it will be too bad.

Very well made, Pieces were very precisely cut, and matching perfectly.

I thoroughly enjoyed making this clock! The wood itself is a step above many other wooden models in terms of quality. The instructions were detailed and spot-on! The Owl clock is super cute and is a wonderful edition to any mantle, table, etc. to be sure! It keeps perfect time thanks to the little quartz mechanism inside that uses one AA battery. But that, for me, but not maybe for others, is a downfall in a way, because I thought this was going to be a mechanical clock. The pendulum will keep working as long as you keep winding it, but has nothing do do with the timekeeping itself. The timer works well and even has a functional bell that actually ‘dings’! Personally, I only use the pendulum wind-up, and not the timer, but I could in the future because the option is there! It’s a classy clock! I love it! It’s neat to watch the gears do their thing! When you know how to put these things together well, you make a truly elegant piece that anyone would be proud to have! All in all, this Owl clock is awesome, and could you tell I can highly recommend it?

This puzzle was beautifully packaged and the wood smells wonderful. My dad is an artist and I thought he might enjoy how beautiful and clever this is. Plus, owls are my mom’s favorite animal so putting it together for or with her might be motivation. It is a hit!

I LOVE owls, and this time piece really speaks to me. Thank you for this owl design on a clock. Never would I have imagine a day where I get to see my favorite animal as a time piece.

The details on the owl clock face is intricate and it stands out as a table piece.

A little difficult but over all easy and a great gift. Receiver LOVED this. This is a photo sent by him, looks nice.

Building it went really well for me. The instructions were very clear and precise, giving each step and breaking it down. It's easy to follow, though some parts needed a little strength to fit the parts together. But this is understandable as I did not use any adhesive throughout. Here is how it looks after around 5 hours of work (with breaks in between).

Perfect gift for my 12 year old, owl loving son. He put it together in around 4 hours, so it was fun not frustrating for him. He has it on his desk at home.

This owl clock is really a 2-in-1, its front face tells the current time and its back face is a timer with a pendulum. Really cool dual face function.

It is with a battery-powered clock and a mechanical stopwatch. Best engineering toy for kids and adults, great for learning mechanics. It has a wind-up pendulum with wind-up timer. Two different wind-up springs trigger a timer and ring bell seperately. When the time is up, timer bell will ring! Not only your hands, eyes and mind will be enjoying building it, but also your nose! It has such nice wooden smell from the natural wood. It is also a beautiful home decor after finished. The visible gear mechanism is absolutely the coolest decoration for your home.
